Home remedies for high blood pressure






⦁ Drink a cup of warm water along with freshly squeezed lemon juice  each morning on an empty stomach.
⦁ Grind equal quantities of dried watermelon seeds and poppy seeds .Take 1tsp of this mixture in the morning on an empty stomach and again in the evening.

⦁ Mix 1tsp honey with 1tsp ginger juice  and 1tsp cumin powder.Take twice a day.
⦁ Potassium rich fruits help to lower the lower blood pressure.Everyone should be aiming to eat at least 5 different portion of fruit and vegetables a day to help boost their potassium intake and lower their blood pressure.

Bitter gourd contain  insulin like compound called polypeptide-p or p-insulin which has been shown to control diabetes naturally.         
⦁ Remove the seeds of 2-3 bitter gourd.
⦁ Use a juicer to extract the juice and add some water.  
⦁ Drink this daily in the morning for at least 2 months

Amla control high blood sugar levels.It contain mineral called chromium which regulate carbohydrate metabolism and helps in making your body more responsive to insulin.
⦁ Cut 2-3 amla into halves.
⦁ Remove the seeds.
⦁ Grind the fruit into a paste.
⦁ Transfer the paste into a cheesecloth.
⦁ Squeeze out the juice.
⦁ Mix 2 tbsp of the juice in 1 cup of water.
⦁ Drink it daily on an empty stomach.
